Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are delivered via USPS, UPS. The carrier is selected based on availability and destination.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Transit Time

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $48.00 USD or more
  • Standard Shipping: $8.88 for orders under $48.00
  • Express Shipping: $12.00 USD  
    Estimated delivery time for Express Shipping is 4–7 business days.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may be delayed due to carrier processing times. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately depending on inventory availability. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items may ship first. Remaining pre-order or back-ordered items will ship automatically once they become available.
