Order Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how order cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of payment, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at service@jerseycart.shop with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, if applicable. Items may be tried on indoors to assess fit.

Return Shipping

For U.S. orders, we may provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns once the return request has been approved.. Please contact us before sending any items back to ensure proper processing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If the entire order is returned, the product purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size, color, or a different item of equal value, subject to availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email service@jerseycart.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If an item is damaged or defective, photos may help speed up the review process.
